Privacy notice
We store a random anonymous ID as a cookie so Alex can find your previous chat on your next visit. On the server we store the conversation history and contact details you voluntarily type, such as first name, phone number, or profile name. This helps us support you later. We do not automatically read phone numbers, location, device data, or contacts. If you want deletion, let us know.
If you voluntarily provide a phone number and PIN for recovery, we store the phone number only as a protected lookup value and the PIN only as a hash. This lets your chat be reconnected after cache deletion or on another device. You can request deletion of this data.
If you voluntarily upload images, we store them locally on the chat server and show them only to you in your chat and in the protected admin area. Images are not sent to the PHP server. The original image, thumbnail and image reference are deleted after 30 days; the history keeps only a note that an image was deleted.
